getting pregnantThe first month of pregnancy is known as fetal bud stage. It begins and refers to the period between the first days of the last menstrual period of a woman till the four weeks. As you should know that a women usually has menstruation cycle and it takes about 28-30 days. During the second weekend, this is the time for you to have sex intercourse in order to get pregnant. This is the time the sperm and egg have the chance to meet and combine. After fertilization about four days, the fertilized egg will make a trip and reaches the uterus along the oviduct in preparation for implantation. And finally on the fourth week, the embryo cell has been firmly planted into the womb. The first part is forming the placenta and the second part will become the embryo.

At this stage, the length of the Fetal Bud is around 0.5-1 cm.

What happening to you now physically during the first month of pregnancy is you may be experiencing any of the following symptoms: missed period, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headaches, bloating, a feeling of fullness, light cramping, poor appetite, frequent urination, and breast tenderness. It depend on each individual woman, some women may have no symptoms at all and feel absolutely wonderful. This is perfectly normal.

As soon as you discover you are pregnant, it is important to schedule your first appointment with your OB/GYN or midwife.

First Month Pregnancy Pointers

Here are some pointers pregnant women have to take notes of during the first month of pregnancy. Usually most pregnant woman did not practice it due to their ignorance.

1. Avoid going to crowded places where people gather. This is to avoid contact with those suffering from influenza, rubella, hepatitis and other infectious patients. As far as possible, try not to use medicine (drugs). Viruses and drugs may affect Embryos development especially during the first month of pregnancy.

3. Avoid drinking concentrated tea, thick coffee and cola types of drinks. The best drink for pregnant women is the boiled water.

As for Nutrition intake during the first month of pregnancy, just don’t be a picky eater, develop a good eating habit and maintain nutritional balance. And lastly don’t forget your Folic Acid.

On tenth month of pregnancy, fetal brain is fully development, eye visual increase. Fetal head have move into the mother’s pelvis, waiting for labor. Fetal baby will put on weight at least approximately 30 grams per day. The fetal baby heart, liver, lung, stomach, kidney and other organs have been mature: The body showing pink, round fat, growing of hair about 3-4 cm, hand and foot muscles are developed.

Now fetal weight should be around about 3,000 grams, about 51 centimeters in length. Do not be too concerned about the weight of the Fetal. As long as the fetal weight is over 2,500 grams and have normal fetal development. The most important thing now is to rest, for any time you may be approaching childbirth. In addition, pregnant women should be emotional stability and always maintain a calm mood, patiently wait for the moment of your baby to be born!

 

Tenth Month Pregnancy Pointers:

1. When approaching the tenth month of pregnancy means the due date for labor draws near, you have better prepare clothing and necessary item in advance to take to the hospital. Bring along items such as underwear, sanitary napkins, washing items and food.

2. Get prepare for baby supplies too. Many hospitals are equipped with baby clothes bedding and pampers, you had better plan ahead and give a call to the hospital to ask to make sure so as to avoid duplication.

3. When preparing baby clothes, choose cotton clothes. Baby Clothes should not have buttons. It is better to choose one with no collar.

4. Prepare the best route and alternative route to the hospital.

 

5. Prepare a check list of the list mention above, remember your identity card.

 

6. Prohibited sexual life to avoid premature or post-natal infections.

 

7. The sign of labor differ from each pregnant woman. The majority of pregnant women in the two weeks before the expected date of the delivery will encounter abdominal pain. As the pain interval time is shorter and shorter and then the pain prolonged. This foretells a labor of is coming soon.

 

8. Another reliable signs of labor is pregnant woman will see a small amount of vaginal discharge or breaking water, or uterine rupture of the amniotic sac, and amniotic fluid outflow.

For first time mother this process need about 4 to 24 hours.

The second stage, the cervical will need to fully expanse to allow the baby to be delivered. For first time mother it take half an hour to two-hour time period.

 

The third stage after the baby is delivered, it will follow by removing of the placenta. For first time mother it takes 10 minutes to an hour and a half.
