Sex is COMPLETELY safe during pregnancy. Often times, especially during the first and second trimester, sex can be even more pleasurable than normal. There is more blood flow to your private area, which usually makes sex even more pleasurable, and sometimes orgasm is easier to achieve. Now, during the third trimester, you are usually too big, too uncomfortable, and too self conscious to even want to heave sex. BUT...if you are past due to give birth, sex is a good way to induce labor naturally. Besides, our hormones are RAGING and we need a little release every now and then, ya know!

Hi. When my first child was born I was given a baby carrier. As a retired social worker I certainly agree with the 'attachment' concept of baby/child rearing but I do have very mixed feelings about baby carriers.
Firstly your baby is usually placed against your chest. This is the most natural position but there is a very important 'safety' factor here. I was acutely aware that if I tripped and fell while walking there was a very high chance that I would fall onto my baby. Also your visual span is also compromised and the chances of tripping and falling increased greatly. And so I did not use it again. I must also say that the issue around 'attachment' really does not matter as long as your baby can see and hear you.

Just putting in my penny worth!

Insomnia? If you having Trouble Sleeping, Avoid medications. It is not a good ways for combating Insomnia. you need to get yourself to sleep without medication.
Try this.
Consume a couple of hrs before bed time, ensuring your meal is definitely digestible. Try warm milk. Make sure your bed room is well ventilated, your mattress is comfortable. Use extra pillows when needed.

I recently had my first child and in the hospital they gave me the Dr Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse to help get my system flowing after giving birth. I must say that these things worked like magic.

Throughout my pregnancy I took a prenatal vitamin with a stool softener in it but that didn't cut it so I had to drink prune juice twice a day as well in order to stay regular. I took two of the Dr Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse Pills a day for the first four days after giving birth, one in the morning and one at night, and they worked wonders. I was a bit sore and these made going to the bathroom no problem and as painless as it could be. After the fourth day I just took one before I went to bed and kept drinking the prune juice and things still were great.

Since straining to go to the bathroom is bad for the baby, I would recommend Dr Max's 15 Day Cleanse to women who are having trouble with irregularity during pregnancy, I wish I took this with a prenatal vitamin without the softener in nit because I think it would have worked much better, at least now I know for next time!
